HOT

As usual we always wait until it’s 100+ to move feeders or blinds (One of Randy’s feeders this time-at least we were smart enough to move his stand when it wasn’t sooooo hot). Wasn’t supposed to be 107 in our camp last Friday but that’s Texas for you. And, not a lick of wind-it was brutal. But, gotta do what you gotta do. Thank goodness for ice water from the ice chest and a towel-oh yea and beer! Didn’t hurt that we had grilled wild turkey and steak strips with buttered up new potatoes in the cold a/c of the trailer that night. Gotter done and home without heatstroke and that’s good for old farts like us.
